What is included in a marketing plan by Toolbox?

Our marketing plans include market and consumer research, situation analysis, brand strategy, customer journey & content mapping strategy, and a full implementation roadmap. Optionally, they cover the full marketing mix (pricing strategy, product portfolio and features, sales, in-store strategy). They may also cover the full sales and distribution route-to-market.

What is included in a route-to-market plan by Toolbox?

Our RTM plans provide a complete roadmap for optimizing your sales and distribution model. They include a full situation analysis (market overview, competition, consumer insights, key issues and objectives), a route-to-market analysis (channel prioritization, outlet segmentation, credit, warehousing, logistics, and organization design), and RTM setup and cost analysis (CAPEX, OPEX, and recommendations). The output is a clear, data-based plan to reach your customers efficiently and profitably. 

Do you also offer marketing implementation?

Yes, we offer 2 alternatives for implementation. First alternative: We operate as your outsourced marketing team. This includes brand management, content strategy, digital campaigns, management of creative, production, media airing projects, and ongoing strategic guidance—tailored to your business cycle. We manage your brand as if it is our own, replacing the need for hiring an in-house team. Second alternative: Following the development of the plan, we help you set up your own in-house marketing team including department structure, defining operating procedures, hiring the marketing team members, and coaching them for long-term success.

What are the pricing models offered by Toolbox?

Research, marketing and business plans are typically priced based on a contracted one-off total project fee. Engagements covering implementation (minimum 1 year contractual agreement) are priced based on monthly retainer fees plus success fees related to the achievement of agreed KPI’s.

What’s the difference between brand strategy and brand design?

Brand strategy defines consumer segmentation, profiling of target personas, and your brand positioning and DNA; brand design brings that to life visually across all different touchpoints.
